Patient Resources

Simple & Secure
patient portal
We want your first visit to be simple, stress-free, and focused on your care—not paperwork. That’s why we use a secure patient portal for registration and communication. Before your appointment, you’ll receive a link to access the portal where you can enter and update your information at your convenience. Submitting your details in advance helps our team prepare for your visit and allows for a quicker, smoother check-in when you arrive.
Your Visit, Simplified
What to Expect at Your First Appointment
Your first visit typically begins with a consultation, where we’ll gather digital imaging, assess your tooth, and explain your diagnosis and treatment options in detail. If treatment is recommended and you're ready, we may be able to begin that same day. Our team is here to answer questions and help you feel confident every step of the way.
A Calming Experience
We know that endodontic care can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be. Our office is designed to be peaceful and private, and our team is trained to offer kind, judgment-free support. We’ll explain everything clearly, give you options, and help make your visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
What to Bring
Please bring the following items to your first visit:

We’re Transparent About Costs
Arbor Endodontics does not have a contracted relationship with any insurance companies, but we will work with you to afford payments for services we provide. We can file insurance claims on your behalf to maximize use of your benefits. Please be sure to check with your specific insurance provider regarding your coverage with out-of-network providers. Out-of-network plans may cover a substantial portion of root canal treatment costs—usually 50-80%.
We will always determine your estimated cost in advance of treatment, so you can be prepared. These estimates do not include the cost of any follow-up restorative care that you may need with your general dentist.

Will I need more dental work after root canal treatment?
In most cases, yes. Once your root canal treatment is complete, we’ll refer you back to your general dentist for the final restoration. This may include a crown or permanent filling to protect the tooth and restore full function. We recommend completing that final step within three weeks of treatment to ensure long-term success.

Flexible Financing for the Care You Need
We understand that dental emergencies and specialized treatments can come at unexpected times. That’s why we offer flexible financing options—like Cherry—to help make your care more manageable. If you have questions about payment plans, our team is happy to walk you through your options and find a solution that fits your needs.
